VVIPPH Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the VVIPPH platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, fishing games, arcade games, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the VVIPPH Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the VVIPPH platform, including registered members, visitors, and any person accessing any part of the site or mobile application. Your continued use of the VVIPPH platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing VVIPPH on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

To register and maintain an account on VVIPPH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of VVIPPH, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from VVIPPH or any other gambling platform under a currently active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are registering and using the platform for your own personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party.

VVIPPH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If VVIPPH discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, VVIPPH reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets and game results, and withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. VVIPPH will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on VVIPPH. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your VVIPPH account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify VVIPPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified VVIPPH of unauthorized access in accordance with these terms.

VVIPPH may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. VVIPPH processes all KYC data in accordance with the VVIPPH Privacy Policy.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at VVIPPH's discretion, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. VVIPPH will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.

VVIPPH supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your VVIPPH account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• VVIPPH does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your VVIPPH account.
• VVIPPH reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• VVIPPH targets withdrawal processing within three (3) business days, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• VVIPPH reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All sports bets placed on VVIPPH — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and all other covered markets — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. VVIPPH does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or human input errors — VVIPPH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted at VVIPPH's discretion.
• VVIPPH reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets for any player at any time, without prior notice, where VVIPPH has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns or abuse.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension are void.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, VVIPPH's event-specific rules will determine whether bets are settled or voided. These rules are published in the platform's betting rules section.

VVIPPH uses independent data providers for live scores and event results. In the event of a discrepancy between VVIPPH's data feed and official results, the official result as published by the relevant governing body — PBA, NBA, UFC, or other — shall be used for settlement purposes.

VVIPPH offers a range of casino and arcade games including Ocean Phoenix, Roulette, Dragon Fishing, Ganesh Fortune, Relax Fishing, and Arcade titles. All games are provided by certified game suppliers and are subject to independent RTP (Return to Player) certification.

• Published RTP figures for all game categories are available in the VVIPPH Analysis section. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. VVIPPH does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a game session, VVIPPH's liability is limited to the return of the player's stake for the affected round. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing a game session. VVIPPH is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

VVIPPH may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• VVIPPH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• VVIPPH reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off tools are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the exclusion or cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VVIPPH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on VVIPPH.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the VVIPPH platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing VVIPPH staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

VVIPPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time through the account settings or by contacting VVIPPH support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the VVIPPH platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

All content on the VVIPPH platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of VVIPPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the VVIPPH platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the VVIPPH platform without prior written consent.
• Use any VVIPPH trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any VVIPPH content or technology.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VVIPPH's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your VVIPPH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

VVIPPH shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond VVIPPH's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude VVIPPH's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

VVIPPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where VVIPPH has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to VVIPPH, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• VVIPPH is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon account closure, VVIPPH will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation. VVIPPH is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a breach of these terms involving fraud or illegal activity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting VVIPPH support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with VVIPPH informally by contacting our support team. VVIPPH will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a bet or game, VVIPPH's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable betting or game rules — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

VVIPPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, VVIPPH will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the VVIPPH platform. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
